Ordering on VeerJee.Shop is streamlined and user-friendly. To add products to your cart, just click the “Add to Cart” button next to the desired item. If you need to remove an item, use the “Remove” or “X” link, and your cart will update automatically to reflect the new total. Adjusting the quantity is simple: modify the number in the “Quantity” box, and the cart will update to show the new subtotal and total price.

Delivery Timelines:

Lahore: Orders made before 2:00 pm are typically delivered the same day for most brands. Certain brands may require extra time, and our customer support team will inform you during order confirmation. Deliveries continue until 8:00 pm. For Lahore-based customers, specific delivery time requests can be accommodated if mentioned in the COMMENTS section when ordering.

Other Cities: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day via our courier partners, aiming for a 2-5 business day delivery window.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email and SMS detailing your order information. This includes your order number, product details, prices, and shipping/billing information. You may also get a call to confirm your order details.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order only if it’s in the “SUBMITTED” stage. Once the order status changes to “PROCESSING,” “PARTIALLY SHIPPED,” or “SHIPPED,” cancellations or modifications are not possible. To check your order status, visit Your Order History after signing in.

Shipping Fee:

Shipping is complimentary for orders over Rs. 5000 within Pakistan.

Orders under Rs. 5000 incur a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250, irrespective of the destination city, weight, or item count.

For Lahore, a delivery charge of Rs. 150 is applied, which is automatically adjusted in your cart based on your location.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses: Currently, we do not offer split shipments within a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each delivery location.

Partially Shipped Orders: Occasionally, inventory issues may prevent an item from being shipped. In such cases, we’ll ship what’s available and adjust the charges accordingly. For prepaid orders, if an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a refund or store credit based on your preference.
