Return and Replacement Policy:

You are entitled to a return and replacement within 72 hours of receiving your order. If you wish to initiate a return, ensure that the item is in the same condition as when received, unutilized, with its original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for the return process.

Upon acceptance of your return, you can send back the items or we may organize a pickup for eligible claims (pickups are available only for valid claims), as indicated on the Invoice or Parcel. Please note, items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.

We will inform you once we’ve inspected the returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, replacement products will be dispatched automatically. Please note, replacements might take 5-7 working days to reach you.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, immediately inspect the items. If you encounter any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address the issue and rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: We will not accept returns for certain requests, such as changes in product/shade if the item was delivered as ordered. Returns based on the authenticity of the product are not accepted, as all our items are guaranteed to be 100% original and sourced from authentic suppliers. If you have any specific concerns about your item, please contact us.

Please note, returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, first return the original item. Once the return is processed, place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Send your cancellation request via email (info@veerjee.shop) from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 06:00 pm. Due to strict safety protocols with our courier partners, orders that have been dispatched cannot be canceled or returned without a delivery attempt. Used discount vouchers and redeemed loyalty points will be considered utilized upon cancellation.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If you cancel a paid order before it is dispatched, we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, which might take an additional 1-2 working days to reflect in your account. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund via Cozmetica Vouchers for future purchases.
